WEC Premier FC

Competitive Program

WEC Premier FC's Competitive Program welcomes Boys and Girls from U7 through U19. Built on the belief that every committed player deserves a structured environment to grow, the program pairs elite-level coaching with a curriculum designed to foster technical excellence, team-first character, and a genuine love for the game.

Players and their families commit to local, regional, and out-of-state competition. Teams are placed at appropriate levels of play based on player ability and program need — ensuring everyone is challenged and developing at the right pace.

Team formation takes place each spring via open evaluations. Once accepted, players join their roster on July 1 and commit to a ten-month season running through May 31 of the following year.
